Our 5-step Holistic Approach is designed to drive positive results in housing affordability, economic growth, job development, and emotional, mental and spiritual health for the residents of Salem County. We meet everyone where they are and hold their hands through their journey of regaining self-worth, esteem and confidence.

 

Our 5-step Holistic Approach includes the following steps:

Step-One is Community Outreach which is designed for us to connect with individuals who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. During our outreach we provide hot meals or sandwiches, groceries, toiletries and other community resources. We create an environment for everyone to feel welcome among us and know that WE SEE THEM, WE HEAR THEM and WE ARE HERE TO HELP THEM.

 

Step-Two is Housing Development where we purchase and rehab distressed properties to provide warm and safe transitional and permanent housing for families who are in need. (Coming Soon)

Step-Three is a part of our Family Development Program which is Mental Health & Addiction Support. Designed to aid those who struggle with Mental Health or Addiction through a recovery program, while we provide them with housing throughout their recovery plan. (Coming Soon)

Step- Four is Economic Growth & Job Development. In this step, our participants will work with one of our partnered agencies to get a high school diploma/GED, job or career training and development and gainful employment. (Coming Soon)

The Final Step is for all participants in our transitional housing to locate and move into a permanent housing and receive continuous support from our organization as they contribute to the economy and the society at large. (Coming Soon)
