Community Outreach Services

Our community outreach services are dedicated to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and supported. We assist in these ways to support and uplift our neighbors in need. While connecting with each individual we are able to learn the community needs and help close a gap. By providing warm meals, care packages, groceries, clothing, and other donations, we aim to address immediate needs and offer a helping hand during challenging times. In the near future we will have the keep the block assistance, senior home care, and the thrift store that will further enhance our ability to provide comprehensive support and resources to those we serve.

Community Outreach

This community outreach is designed for us to connect with those who are homeless or those at risk of being homeless. During the outreach our teams provide hot meals or sandwiches, care packages, groceries and clothing items that are donated to us. We also have a support team who is dedicated to listening to our constituencies' stories and provide them with encouragement, prayer or just a listening ear. We want everyone to feel welcome among us and know that WE SEE THEM, WE HEAR THEM and WE ARE HERE TO HELP THEM.

Senior Home Care Assistance

Coming Soon- This Assistance provides yard cleaning and light housekeeping services to Seniors and Disabled individuals with low-moderate income. These individuals will be exempt from the 10 hours sweat equity requirement.

Keep The Block Assistance

This Assistance focus’s on community clean ups, neighborhood revitalization, family activities and block parties. Coming Soon - It will also provide yard cleaning assistance for qualified residents with low income. To be qualified, residents must complete at least 10 hours of volunteering service in other community cleanup projects that are hosted by our organization. We will partner with local landscape companies so that businesses can be boosted, and training can be provided to youths who are interested in learning landscape. This is to promote economic growth and job development.

Food Assistance

This assistance aims to reduce food insecurity & enhance accessibility to more nutritious food items. We partner with local churches and organizations to provide nutritious meals & groceries to families and individuals with low-moderate income.

Clothing Assistance

We currently provide free clothing items to low income residents of Salem County.

Coming Soon: With our own clothing store, items will be sold at an affordable price to all residents in and around Salem County. Proceeds from our store will go towards our housing development initiatives.
